At Manéva, we are committed to delivering premium 100% virgin human hair extensions crafted with care and integrity. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Hair must be unused
Hair must be unwashed
Hair must remain in its original packaging
All original labels and security seals must remain attached
Bundles must not be unraveled, installed, altered, or tampered with

Products that have been:

  • Opened beyond inspection
  • Unraveled
  • Worn
  • Installed
  • Styled
  • Dyed
  • Chemically treated

Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Approval

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and clear photos of the product
  3. Wait for return authorization before sending the item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or altered hair

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos
  • Order number

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
