At Manéva, we are committed to delivering premium 100% virgin human hair extensions crafted with care and integrity. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
Please review the following guidelines carefully.
Refund Processing Time
If your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Funds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Hair must be unused
✔ Hair must be unwashed
✔ Hair must remain in its original packaging
✔ All original labels and security seals must remain attached
✔ Bundles must not be unraveled, installed, altered, or tampered with
Products that have been:
- Opened beyond inspection
- Unraveled
- Worn
- Installed
- Styled
- Dyed
- Chemically treated
Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Approval
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos of the product
- Wait for return authorization before sending the item
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or altered hair
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos
- Order number
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
